Hospitality (building 4/room 104) is for judges only. Workers (except those volunteering there), coaches, teams, and spectators should not be in the hospitality room.
The Score Room is in building 4/room 108.
The Tournament Director's room is in building 4/room 103. However, she will most likely be walking around all day. Please ask a PC or board member (neon green shirts) to contact her if you need her.
The Awards Ceremony, will be in the gym starting at 5:30 pm. Doors will open 10 to 15 minutes before.
Please remember that you must wait to be released by your PC at the end of your judging duties. Once scores have been received and there are no questions from the Score Room or coaches, your PC will thank you and release you. You are more than welcome to stay for an approximately 60 minute Awards Ceremony, but you do not have to!
