Every problem specifies what exactly should be listed on the Style Forms and the List Forms. If your Style Form indicates "Free choice of team" do not write that. Instead, have the team decide on what element (that is not already being scored as part of the problem) they think will get the most points for creativity or awesomeness. Some examples include "creative use of recycled materials on blue bird's costume" or "appearance of mosaic artwork on backdrop".
Teams should be descriptive, but succinct on their List Form so that judges know what to look for and score. Remember that the judges have never seen this performance before, so descriptive words can help make their job easier. Judges don't have a whole lot of time to read through the list, so make it easier on them by not being too wordy.
Bonus tip: Judges will question the teams after their performances about how and who made certain things. Have other adults come in and practice with the team to get them used to this process.
